Estos Términos de Uso regulan el acceso y la utilización de la aplicación móvil FiveRef y del sitio web fiveref.com. Al descargar, registrarte o utilizar FiveRef, aceptas estos Términos en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no utilices la App.

2. Descripción del servicio

FiveRef es una aplicación de apoyo para árbitros de fútbol que ofrece, entre otras funciones: un asistente de inteligencia artificial sobre las Reglas de Juego, tests y simulacros de examen, un reto diario, un sistema de progresión por divisiones, un módulo de entrenamiento físico, generación de actas asistida por IA y un sistema de compañeros y rankings.

3. Registro y cuenta

Para acceder a determinadas funciones es necesario crear una cuenta. Te comprometes a facilitar información veraz y a mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Eres responsable de toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.

La edad mínima para registrarse y utilizar FiveRef es de 14 años. Las personas de entre 14 y 18 años deberían utilizar la App con el conocimiento de sus padres, madres o tutores legales.

4. Uso correcto

Te comprometes a utilizar FiveRef de forma lícita y conforme a estos Términos. En particular, no está permitido:

Utilizar la App con fines fraudulentos o contrarios a la ley.
Intentar acceder de forma no autorizada a los sistemas o a las cuentas de otras personas usuarias.
Realizar un uso automatizado, masivo o abusivo de las funciones de inteligencia artificial.
Introducir contenido ilícito, ofensivo o que vulnere derechos de terceros.
Reproducir, copiar o explotar comercialmente la App o sus contenidos sin autorización.

El incumplimiento de estas condiciones puede conllevar la suspensión o cancelación de tu cuenta.

5. Suscripción Premium

FiveRef ofrece un plan gratuito con funciones limitadas y una suscripción Premium que desbloquea el uso sin límites. Las condiciones de la suscripción son:

Modalidades: mensual (1,99 €) y anual (14,99 €), con un periodo de prueba gratuito de 7 días.
El cobro se realiza a través de tu cuenta de Apple App Store o Google Play.
La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al finalizar cada periodo, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de renovación.
Puedes gestionar o cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple o Google.
Durante el periodo de prueba no se realiza ningún cobro. Si no cancelas antes de que finalice, se cobrará automáticamente el plan elegido.

Los precios pueden actualizarse en el futuro; cualquier cambio se comunicará con antelación y no afectará al periodo ya pagado.

6. Funciones de inteligencia artificial

Las respuestas y actas generadas por la inteligencia artificial tienen carácter orientativo y de apoyo. Aunque el sistema está orientado a las Reglas de Juego oficiales, pueden producirse errores o imprecisiones. FiveRef no sustituye el criterio del árbitro ni la normativa oficial de la IFAB, las federaciones o los comités correspondientes. La decisión final y la responsabilidad sobre cualquier actuación arbitral corresponden siempre a la persona usuaria.

7. Entrenamiento físico

Las sesiones de entrenamiento propuestas son orientativas y de carácter general. No constituyen asesoramiento médico ni deportivo personalizado. Antes de iniciar cualquier programa de ejercicio, te recomendamos consultar con un profesional de la salud, especialmente si tienes alguna condición médica. El uso de esta función es bajo tu propia responsabilidad.

8. Propiedad intelectual

FiveRef, su nombre, su logotipo, su diseño y sus contenidos están protegidos por derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial. No se concede ninguna licencia para su uso más allá de la utilización personal de la App conforme a estos Términos.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

FiveRef se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, el titular no será responsable de daños indirectos derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App, ni de interrupciones del servicio ajenas a su control. Nada en estos Términos excluye la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse legalmente.

10. Modificaciones y cancelación

Podemos modificar estos Términos o las funciones de la App. Los cambios relevantes se comunicarán a través de la App o del Sitio Web. Puedes dejar de utilizar FiveRef y eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento.

11. Legislación y jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Para la resolución de cualquier controversia, las partes se someten a los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a la normativa aplicable en materia de consumidores y usuarios.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FiveRef mobile application and the fiveref.com website. By downloading, registering or using FiveRef, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not use the App.

2. Description of the service

FiveRef is a support application for football referees that offers, among other features: an artificial intelligence assistant on the Laws of the Game, tests and mock exams, a daily challenge, a division-based progression system, a physical training module, AI-assisted match report generation and a fellow referees and rankings system.

3. Registration and account

Access to certain features requires creating an account. You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

The minimum age to register and use FiveRef is 14 years. People aged between 14 and 18 should use the App with the knowledge of their parents or legal guardians.

4. Proper use

You agree to use FiveRef lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, the following is not permitted:

Using the App for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Attempting unauthorised access to the systems or to other users' accounts.
Making automated, massive or abusive use of the artificial intelligence features.
Submitting unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Reproducing, copying or commercially exploiting the App or its contents without authorisation.

Failure to comply with these conditions may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your account.

5. Premium subscription

FiveRef offers a free plan with limited features and a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited use. The subscription terms are:

Plans: monthly (€1.99) and yearly (€14.99), with a 7-day free trial period.
Billing is carried out through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time from your Apple or Google account settings.
No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before it ends, the chosen plan will be charged automatically.

Prices may be updated in the future; any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect a period already paid for.

6. Artificial intelligence features

The answers and match reports generated by artificial intelligence are indicative and supportive in nature. Although the system is oriented towards the official Laws of the Game, errors or inaccuracies may occur. FiveRef does not replace the referee's judgement or the official regulations of the IFAB, the federations or the relevant committees. The final decision and responsibility for any refereeing action always rest with the user.

7. Physical training

The suggested training sessions are indicative and general in nature. They do not constitute personalised medical or sports advice. Before starting any exercise programme, we recommend consulting a health professional, especially if you have any medical condition. Use of this feature is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

FiveRef, its name, logo, design and contents are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. No licence is granted for their use beyond the personal use of the App in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

FiveRef is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, nor for service interruptions beyond its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and cancellation

We may modify these Terms or the App's features. Relevant changes will be communicated through the App or the Website. You may stop using FiveRef and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.
